SATURDAY, FEBRUARY

Arrival in San Pedro!
4 p.m. - Team private water taxi transport from BZE airport to the pier of our Airbnb
Evening - settle in with a chef-cooked meal and let the #party begin!
SUNDAY, MARCH

Villa Villians
Golf carts available to us all day - explore the town of San Pedro or rip the island at your own leisure
Dinner and evening OUT at The Truck Stop and Wayo's Sports Bar
MONDAY, MARCH

Team Excursion Day
8 a.m. - Departure from our villa
9:30-3:30 p.m. - Cave Tubing (optional add-on of ATV tour) OR Snorkeling the Hol Chan Marine Reserve
4 p.m. - Return to villa

There are plenty of other non-direct flights available for *on average* $730 RT (unclear on baggage, etc.)!
CO$T$
In the spirit of a DIY All-Inclusive, we are aiming to pay for everything up front so we can show up and relax with minimal card tapping. It's estimated that before flights the trip will cost $1,700. This payment can be made to Nicole Herback at nicole.herback@gmail.com.
There will be some variables as bookings begin. Nicole will be responsible for tracking payments, requesting incremental funds and issuing any refunds if necessary. Please reach out with any questions!
What is included
The cost of the trip includes accommodation, 4 breakfasts and 3 dinners, excursion day (cave tubing or snorkeling), associated transportation within Belize, including your water taxi transfers to and from BZE airport, golf cart rentals (x1 day), and tipping for all service providers (10-15% in Belize).
What is NOT included
Airfare, **ALCOHOL**, snacks, our Wayo's night out, any excursion on top of cave tubing, personal expenses and travel insurance are not included.
Deposit!
We want to secure the stunning accommodation ASAP - please send Nicole a $500 deposit by Friday, August 29 to lock in the trip of a lifetime. Please note the deposit will be subtracted from the total (i.e. $1,300 will be due after the deposit is paid).

a) Make your deposit to Nicole to be considered as 'attending'.
b) Let Nicole if you regretfully cannot attend - this is important so we may extend the invitation to other friends.
A group chat will of course be started with our confirmed attendees to plan further.
